Booking & Payment Information

How do I book?

Please fill out a booking inquiry form by clicking on the “BOOK NOW” button and submit an inquiry form. We do require all the information on the form to be able to review logistics in relation to other existing bookings on a given date. You will hear back from the Bubble & Bounce Paradise team usually within 24-48hrs. If you do not hear back from us during this time please check your junk/spam folder or send us an email at info@bubbleandbounceparadise.com.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards & bank e-transfers. 

How many hours are included in rental?

Our packages include a hire period of up to 5 hours. If you would like to extend the time, let us know & we can quote you for additional time.

Please Note: Pricing is the same whether your hire period is for 1 hour or 5.

Event Preparation & Setup

What is the installation process like?

We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to your event start time to set up. Please ensure the area is flat, clean and has sufficient space ready for our team to set up the equipment. Bubble & Bounce Paradise may request an earlier setup time to coordinate other deliveries.

Do you set up indoors or outdoors?

We set up both indoors and outdoors as long as the weather permits!

How large are the set ups?

We have different size packages to suit all event types. Measurements are provided in the equipment description to ensure you can plan your event space layout accordingly.

Safety, Insurance, & Equipment Details

What ages are appropriate for your equipment?

Soft play 0-5 years of age. 
Bounce houses 1-8 years of age.
Bumper cars  1-5 years of age.
Bubble houses & ball pools are for all ages!

Is Bubble & Bounce Paradise insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.

What is your equipment cleaning process?

Each soft play item, bounce/bubble house and bumper car is inspected and deep cleaned after every pickup, and then inspected and sanitized again before the next booking. We do not book the same items more than once on the same day to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation between rentals. Our ball pool balls are cleaned and sanitized in a commercial-grade ball pool cleaning machine.

Cancellation, Weather Policy, & Additional Services

What is your cancellation policy?

We hope that you don’t need to cancel, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go accordingly to plan! Deposits are non-refundable but are fully transferable  and may be rescheduled for another available date within 1 year of the original booking.  

This includes cancellations due to rain or inclement weather (snow, hail, wind storms etc).

The equipment becomes slippery and unsafe when wet. We will not set up outdoors if rain is forecasted at any time on the event date for the safety of the children and the integrity of our equipment. 

What happens if it’s raining?

We will not set up outdoors if rain is forecasted at any time on the event date for the safety of the children and the integrity of our equipment. We always recommend having a backup plan for indoor location setup. Should you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied towards another available date within 1 year of the original booking.

What are your play seasons?

1. SPRING (MAR-MAY)
Indoor. Outdoor as a back up only!

2. SUMMER (JUN-AUG)
Outdoor ok! Backup indoor recommended.

3. AUTUMN (SEPT-NOV)
Indoor. Outdoor ok only in September.

4. WINTER (DEC-FEB)
Indoor. No exceptions

What is the role of a Bubble & Bounce Paradise Attendant?

BBP Attendants are responsible for overseeing the play area, ensuring children follow the rules, and maintaining a safe environment by preventing rough play. They also keep an eye on the equipment to prevent damage. Please note, BBP Attendants are not responsible for feeding, restroom assistance, or disciplining children, as they are not licensed childcare providers.
